1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the SafeSync application ("App") on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Service Description

SafeSync provides an inventory synchronization tool between Shopify and Etsy. We explicitly focus on "Quantity-Only" synchronization to protect your Etsy SEO. To use the App, you must maintain active and compliant accounts with both Shopify and Etsy.

3. Pricing and Subscriptions

SafeSync may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Billing for paid plans is handled entirely through Shopify's billing system. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin panel.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime and instant synchronization, the App relies on third-party APIs (Shopify and Etsy). Therefore:

• We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service due to potential third-party API rate limits or outages.
• SafeSync shall not be held liable for any lost profits, overselling, account suspensions, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or abuse our API limits. You may terminate this agreement simply by deleting the App from your Shopify store.
