SafeSync ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Shopify application, SafeSync (the "App").

2. The "Quantity-Only" Promise (No Customer Data)

Our App is designed to sync inventory quantities only. We DO NOT collect, access, store, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from your customers. We do not read customer names, shipping addresses, emails, or order details.

3. Information We Collect

To provide our syncing service, we access the following limited data from your Shopify store:

• Shop Information: Your shop domain, shop email, and shop ID to authenticate and create your account.
• Product Information: Product IDs, Variant IDs, SKUs, and Inventory Levels (Quantity) to perform the synchronization between platforms.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App's core functionality (inventory syncing).
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To monitor API limits and ensure app stability.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

If you uninstall SafeSync from your Shopify store, we will automatically receive a webhook from Shopify. Upon receiving this webhook, we will delete your shop's data and access tokens from our database within 48 hours, in accordance with Shopify's data protection requirements.
